DavLong’s highly qualified support staff is here to serve you. Including Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Support Personnel, Hardware Technicians, and our Development Team, we have the resources to help your practice run smoothly. When needed, our support team can be reached via phone, fax, or email.
Our staff will work with you to help your operation become more successful through the use of the MedInformatix. This takes commitment and dedication from the DavLong team as well as from your own staff. From classroom training, to on-site assistance, to phone call support, our team is prepared to reach our goal.
DavLong’s support includes staff who have used our system in a practice setting with the experience you need and expect. From front desk personnel to practice administrators, they understand medical billing practices and know the importance of your issues. A subset of our PM support, our specialized EDI department, strictly deals with the most important issues of your system, claims, electronic remittance, and patient statements.
