DavLong Business Solutions, L.L.C., a leader in integrated Electronic Health Records & Practice Management Systems, seeks an experienced Technical Support Representative for its Savannah, GA office. Applicants must have experience in all current Microsoft Operating System products, especially server OS’s and MS SQL products. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, TCP/IP, and some experience with networking. Medical software knowledge or medical office knowledge is preferred. Programming experience is a plus. Individual will primarily be responsible for upgrading current software installations and troubleshooting client issues. Requires some travel. DBS-OP01 - Ophthalmology Implementation & Customer Support Specialist

DavLong Business Solutions, L.L.C., a leader in integrated Electronic Health Records & Practice Management Systems, seeks certified ophthalmic specialists. Individuals will be responsible for implementing and supporting the most comprehensive ophthalmic electronic health record software in the U.S. both onsite and online training. Other responsibilities include attending trade shows and responding to customer support issues. Individuals are required to to hold COA, COT, or COMT certification. Requires travel.
