Support tickets are entered into DavLong’s support tracking system. Calls are then routed to one of the following departments: Practice Management Software Support, EHR Software Support, Eye Care Software Support, Hardware Support, EDI (claims), or Development. 8:00am – 6:00pm EST Monday – Friday
After Hours or Weekend Emergency Support:
6:00pm – 12:00am EST Monday – Friday
