As our client, we will assign an account management team to respond to your needs.  We feel this results in more personalized service, quicker response, and faster turn around time on completed tickets. Support tickets are entered into DavLong’s support tracking system.  Calls are then routed to one of the following departments: Software Support, Hardware Support, EDI (claims), or Development.
