2010 Medflow User Group Meeting
Medflow is pleased to announce the 2010 Medflow User Group Meeting. It will be held at the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel in Charlotte, NC.

The Group Rate for the Medflow User Group Meeting is $99 a night plus applicable state and local taxes. To receive this rate you must make your reservations prior to the cut-off date of December 17th, 2009. After December 17th, 2009, regular hotel rates apply.
Transportation Information:
Medflow is proud to offer attendees the option to take advantage of Executive Car's Service's Airport Shuttle at a discounted rate of $7 per person each way to and from the airport; to be paid by cash or credit card to driver. The shuttle will operate from 5:00 am - 9:30 pm Monday through Sunday. In order to take advantage of the $7 rate, each reservation needs to be called in to the Executive Car Dispatcher at (704) 525-2191. The Front Desk staff at the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel would be delighted to assist you with your reservation.
- The time frame for pick up at the hotel is 5 minutes after the hour.
- At the airport, there is a phone bank located near baggage claim for guests to call Executive Car Service for transportation to the hotel (Dial #61). There will be cars staged at Zone A and can also pick up at Zone B; however, the shuttle will only be able to stay at idle at the airport for approximatley 10 minutes.
- The shuttle will do a continual circuit between the airport and hotel. If you miss the scheduled shuttle, you will have to wait until the next shuttle or find alternative transportation.
- The shuttle will drop off at the airport in the middle of the passenger departure area on the top deck.
